They hadn't been using any protection because Scully thought she couldn't have babies. Luckily they had already gotten married in the previous story so it was okay for Scully to be pregnant. Mulder said it really turned him on to have sex while she was pregnant and then Scully had morning sickness and Mulder said that turned him on too. Then they had sex again and Scully came four times and Mulder came once. Maggie was happy and Skinner was a sourpuss except that he was happy too when he thought nobody was looking. Then they had to stop having sex while Scully went to the hospital and had her baby, except that it was twin girls and nobody had even realized it. They named them Melissa Emily Scully-Mulder and Samantha Margaret Scully-Mulder and then Mulder and Scully had sex again.
