Scully9485@hotmail.com Rating: G Summary: Fun with grammar is fun, and fun. It is quite fun to have fun with grammar...Funness! Disclaimer: Not mine, and not my English teacher's either! Distribution: Go right ahead. Spoilers: Yeah right! ON WITH THE GRAMMAR! So, one sad and dreary day, Mulder woke up with a sad little case of the sniffles. It was quite a sad thing to see. Mulder had just enough energy in his tired little bones to get up out of bed and into the bathroom, where he took a tired little pee. He felt quite tired, and his body felt drained of all of his energy. Mulder trudged back to his warm bed, and picked up the telephone. With warm, but tired fingers, he dialed his partner's phone number. She picked up with a warm, "Hello?" "Hello, Scully." He said cordially. "Hello, Mulder." She said cordially back. "Scully, I feel sick." He cordially inserted into the conversation. "I can hear that Mulder." She said absent-mindedly. "Well thank you for your absent-mindedness." He commented absent-mindedly. "Your very welcome." She said sarcastically. "Sarcasm will get you everywhere!" He said and sneezed, very sarcastically. "Want me to come over?" She asked him, masking her sarcasm. "Yes, yes I would like you to come over Scully." He said, a smile hidden in his voice. "Okay, Mulder, I'll be there in a little bit." She said, hiding a yawn. Half an hour later....... "Hello Scully." Mulder said happily as he opened the door to his partner. "Hello Mulder." She said, equally as happily. "I'm really glad you came." His voice dripped with happiness. "I brought you something." Scully said, suggesting the thermos in hand with happy enthusiasm. "Thank you Scully, that makes me very happy." He said. Scully walked briskly into his kitchen. She pulled the top of the thermos off with briskness. She poured some homemade chicken soup into the lid of the thermos and briskly handed it to him. He sniffed it briskly, enjoying the aroma. "Thank you Scully." He said thoughtfully. "Your welcome." She said and looked thoughtful. "What are your thoughts Scully?" he asked her thoughtfully. "My thoughts are none of your business." She said, not thinking. "Do you really want to know?" she asked with curiosity. "Yes, I am very curious as to what your thoughts are." "Curiosity killed the cat." She said smiling slyly. "You know." " I know, but that does not halt my curiosity." "Mulder, I'm in love with you." "Scully, I love this soup......Oh, and I love you!" "Well, that's lovely." She said, smiling lovingly at him. "Ah, my love, my soup." "My sniffles are gone! That soup was magical!" "I worked my magic on that there soup." She replied. "Scully, can I work my magic on you?" "I LIKE PEAS!" she screamed, the air filled with magic. THE END Okay, that was a brief grammar exercise, hope it.....um..... entertained you. Riiiiiiight. Kudos to Ash oncemore!
