No co- pyright infrigment is intended. _______________________________________________________________________ Santa's House December 23, 8:30 AM 1996 Santa was sitting in his favorite chair next to his dwarfs who were reading all the letters from the childeren. "What the fuck!" said one of the dwarfs in the corner of the room. Santa got out of his chair and walked to the dwarf and asked what the problem was "Every letter I've seen until now children are asking for X-Files mer- chandise.." Before the dwarf could finish the floor started to shake when it stop- ped after a few minutes Santa looked outside and saw a helicopter and few man getting out of it. Santa opened the doors and ordered the dwarfs to go and check who those men are. After a few minutes Santa heard gunshots outside and the screams of the dwarfs who where hit. Washington DC FBI Headquarters December 27, 3:00 PM Scully and Mulder where putting the X-Man tree back in it's box. "Dana?" "Yes." Mulder thought for a moment if he should ask what he wanted to ask. "Has Santa brought you a christmas present?" he asked. Scully couldn't hold her laughs when she heard that Mulder believed in Santa Claus. "What's so funny?" "I didn't know you believed in Santa Claus." The phone on Mulder's desk rang Mulder picked it. "Mulder." he said "Mulder this is Skinner you and agent Scully need to get here ASAP." Unknown Location December 27, 5:45 PM When Santa woke up he was tied in a chair and he couldn't see a thing a few minutes later he heard some footsteps which stopped a few meters away from him. "Where is it?" the voice asked. "Where's what?" did Santa respond. A few seconds later he saw cigarette smoke next to him and he feld a gun against his head. "Where is it!!!" "I don't know what you're talking about." was Santa's response. Santa feld a hit to his head and everything turned black before his eyes. Skinner's Office "We have a situation here." Skinner said while he was cleaning his glasses "Santa Claus has disappeared without a trace and I'm assigning the two of you to the case." "How do you know he disappeared?" Scully asked. "We found this letter at the crime scene and the strangest thing about it is that is for you Mulder." "That letter is for me?" Mulder asked. Skinner opened the drawer took the letter and handed it to Mulder. "Yes Mulder now would you please read it?" Skinner asked. Mulder opened the letter and started to read it. "That son of a bitch!" "What is it?" Scully asked. "That black lung son of a bitch has taken Santa and in exchange for his freedom he wants us to find the digital tape that Krycek has taken to Hong Kong within 36 hours or he will kill Santa." "So where do we start Mulder?" "I think the best place to start is in Hong Kong to find the man who helped Krycek to make copies of the digital tape. I'll meet you at the airport in one hour Scully." Hong Kong December 28, 2:30 PM When they arrived in Hong Kong they took a taxi to the hotel where Mulder had seen Krycek for the first time. "This room makes me feel like I'm at home." Mulder said when they entered it. "What do you hope to find here?" Scully asked. "I have no idea." After they searched the room for a while Scully found a note with a phone number written on it. "Mulder I think I have found something." Mulder stopped searching "What did you find?" Scully walked to Mulder "Take a look at this." and she handed him the note with the phone number written on it. Mulder took his celluar phone and dialed the number and when the call was answered he heard man talking in chinese on the other end of the phone. "Excuse me I don't speak chinese do you speak English?" he said. "What do you want?" asked the man on the other end. "I got this number from Krycek he said you could help me." "What's the password?" did the chinese man ask. Mulder thought for a moment and he decided to take a change. "The password is Ratboy." For a few seconds there was no answer by the man. "What do you want?" did the chinese man ask. "Are you the man who helped him to make a copy of the digital tape?" "That depends." "On what?" did Mulder ask. "How do I know I can trust you?" "I'm the only one you can trust." Mulder answered. "Well I take my changes where are you?" the chinese man asked. "I'm in Krycek's hotel room." "I'll be there within an hour." and the chinese man hang up. 50 Minutes later When they heard someone knocking on the door Mulder and Scully both drew their gun and Mulder walked over to the door while Scully covered his back. "Who's there?" Mulder asked. "I'm the man you spoke earlier with this evening." answered the man. Mulder opened the door and a small chinese walked into the room. "How can I help the two of you?" the chinese asked while he walked to the computer in the corner of the room. "We need the digital tape or a copy of it." Mulder answered. "What digital tape?" Mulder walked over to the man and puts his gun in the man's face. "Now don't fuck with me you just confirmed on the phone that you helped Krycek to make copies of it." The chinese man looked in every corner of the room to make sure that they where the only 3 people in it. "I know where the copy is but you'll have to come with me to Holland." Mulder and Scully agreed and they took a taxi to the airport. Holland December 29, 7:30 AM When they arrived at the airport they took a taxi to Eindhoven where he and Krycek had burried the digital tape under a tree in the park. "Here lies the tape." the man said. When they have been digging for a few hours they found the tape Mulder picked it up and puts it in his pocket. "Let's get back to the airport and when we arrive in DC I want you to make a copy of this tape Mr. chinese." Mulder said. Washington DC December 29, 9:45 PM When the three arrived in Mulder's appartment the chinese looked looked at the equipment Mulder had. "How long will it take to make a copy of this tape?" Mulder asked. "With this ancient equipment I think 3 hours." the chinese answered. 2 hours and 30 minutes later "I'm done." the chinese said. The chinese took the copy of the tape from the tapestreamer and handed it to Mulder and right after that he gave the original copy to Mulder. "Can I go home now?" the chinese man asked. "Yes, you're free to go." Scully answered. The man left the appartment and a few minutes later Mulder and Scully heard a gunshot outside they looked outside the window and saw the body of the chinese man on the street they rushed to the body and saw that he had a bullet wound in his head and a note attached to his body Mulder took the note from his body. "What does the note say?" Scully asked. "It says that that black lung son of a bitch wants the tape at midnight in Skinner's office." "Well you better get going them Mulder you have 15 minutes left to get there. I will take care of this." Skinner's Office December 30, 00:00 AM Mulder entered Skinner's office. "Don't turn on the lights Mulder, do you have the tape?" a voice asked from the corner of the room. "Before I hand you the tape I want to see that Santa Claus is fine." Then the door swong open Mulder saw Santa entering the room and he puts a gun to Mulder's head. "Give us the tape Mulder or you will join your father!" Santa said. Mulder puts the copy of the original copy on Skinner's desk. "And now the original copy Mr. Mulder!" Santa said. "I don't have the original copy." "Don't fuck with us the chinese man told me he gave you the original copy before I blew his brains out." Mulder decided the best thing to do was to put the original copy also on the desk and so he did then he heard a bang and everything turned black before his eyes. Hospital December 31, 11:50 PM When Mulder opened his eyes he saw Scully and his mother next to his bed. "Where am I?" Mulder asked. "You're in the hospital dear." did his mother answer. "But how?" was his next question. "You've been shot Mulder." Scully answered. "I can't remember what happened." Mulder said. "That ok Mulder at least Santa has been released thanks to you." Scully said.
