We have come this far, now what? Do we just sit and stare out into oblivion? No, we can't, we have to go on, go on from here, but where? Where can we take this? Now that we have come this far? Can we go farther? Yes, I believe we can, I know we can. We can walk on and not look, blindly stepping out way through oblivion. We are together, forever. The two of us are one now, now and forever. We have waited so long, I have waited to hold you in my arms, to kiss you like I can now, without fear of rejection. How long has it been? Years? Months? Since I have confessed my love to you. I have confessed before, but you were unbelieving, but now, now I see it in your eyes, the undying wish to stay with me forever. The conviction of love is behind those deep blue eyes. Suddenly I realize that I miss you, your lips on mine, your warm body so close to mine that I ache. I open my eyes to you, sitting across from me, your eyes are clouded over with passion, as I am sure mine share the same look. I feel a single tear slip down my cheek. The conviction of love and your confession has touched my soul. A soul that once was alone but now joined by another as willing and as strong, if not stronger than my own. I close my eyes again and I can feel our souls mingling, I need you close to me now, now and forever. Never leaving my side.
