Scully got bored and turned on the ra- dio just in time for a 1980s flashback program. Her and Mulder listened to the song that came on: Oh Mickey your so fine Your so fine you blow my mind Hey Mickey Hey Mickey Oh Mickey your so fine Your so fine you blow my mind Hey Mickey Hey Mickey Mulder could tell Scully was getting bored. They shared an unspoken communication that always let them know what the other was feeling. He cared about Scully, and didn't want her to be unhappy, so he thought he would try something to make her smile that enagmatic "Scully smile" he loved so much. Mulder started to sing with the song on the radio, only he changed the words a little to see if she would notice and smile: Oh Scully your so fine Your so fine you blow my mind Hey Scully Hey Scully Scully couldn't believe her ears! Was he flirting with her? She felt like a teenager again. Before she could stop her self and glue that bitchy, I'm-in-contro-all-the-time expression on her face, she actually giggled. Mulder felt his heart surge with emotion! Had he really broken through that wall that separated them? He decided to test a theory. "Scully," he said. "Yes Mulder," she said. "I really want to kiss you. This song just made me realize how much I love you." "Oh, Mulder!" Scully said, "I...I love you, too! Pull the car over." "You're wish is my command," Mulder said, winking at her because of the reference he just made to the case they worked on where there was this djeenieh (sp?) rolled up in a rug and when you unrolled her you got three wishes but they always turned out wrong because people don't know how to wish for the right things. Mulder and Scully kissed each other deeply and longingly for a long, long time until the windows of their car fogged up. When they paused to catch they're breathe, Scully said to Mulder, "When was the first time you knew how you felt?" "The first day you walked in my office, baby," Mulder said back, "But I forgot about it until I heart that song on the radio. I don't know why I wasted my time at Oxford, when all I need is a pop song to help me see exactly how things really are." "I wish I could play you my favorite song right now," Scully said. "How come?" Mulder said. "Because it would tell you how much I love you. I mean, come on, I'm just a normally-articulate woman who has repeatedly demonstrated her own capacity for eloquence...you expect me to think of words to tell you how I feel that are as good as somebody else's song lyrics?" "Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking," Mulder said, "But it's so hard to think strait when all I want to do is pound my throbbing, aching member into your hot, moist entrance." "Mulder, look! Their's an abandoned cabin over there. Let's go make love! Scully said. And so they did. Then Krycek, who had been spying on them, joined in and it made Mulder really happy because he had always wanted to go down on Krycek while Scully lip-sinked to the song "I Will Survive" in stiletto heels and a feather boa. Which, oddly enough, she just happened to have in her overnight bag, right next to her vibrator, which she never traveled without in case she got really bored after a long day of autopsies during a case that was going nowhere.
