Skinner said out of breath, rushing to her side as she prepped Mulder for an operation. "What?" she reacted as she turned around to face him. "Alex Krycek took it from my hands and dropped it on the cement floor. The vial broke and we lost the vaccine." Skinenr admitted. "But, he didn't mean it..." "What do you mean, he didn't mean it?" she repeated after him. "He wanted to bring it to you himself." he answered. "Okay!" Scully breathed deeply and took control over the situation. "I want a doctor to take a blood sample from me and inject it into Mulder's stream." "But, your blood types aren't compatible." one of the men replied. "I don't care if they're compatible, or not. It might be the only way to prevent Mulder from turning into what Billy Miles has become." she confessed. "It could also endanger his life." the same man told her. "I know, but if I still have traces of the vaccine in my blood..." she paused. "Or, if my immune system is ready to fight against whatever what's in him, I'm willing to take the cance." "It might kill him, again!" Skinner specified. "You said the magic word, Walter." she stopped a few seconds to rethink about the whole ordeal. "I can't grieve twice for the same person. Now, do it..." she ordered the doctor who spoke with her.
