Sculy sees Mulder moving out of the corner of her eye. She turn to look at him, sure he's about to say something ridiculous about aliens and UFO's and the symbolic meaning of a ball of lights dropping from the sky. But, what she gets is entirely unexpected. At the exact moment she turn to him, he descends on her. As she shadows her eyes his mouth covers hers and she firmily closes her eyes. They kiss... As they part, she smiles , he smiles back: M:The world didn't end! - he states obviously with more than one meaning. S:No it didn't - she understod booth meanings. The world did'nt end because of the year 2000 and not even because they've finaly manage to kiss. M:Happy New Year, Scully - he looks a bit lost at this new position... S:Happy New Year, Mulder - she is lost to, but tankful for is solution. They stop nera a van that is seling junk food. Mulder gets hapily out of the car and waits for Sculy tobeby is side. M: So, what will you have? S: Uh! A dieth soda. M:(disgust face) Sculy, this is the new milenium, be wild, be dearing! S: Ok, a dieth soda with sun floer seeds! - big grin M: (huge grin) Ah, my sculy. He makes the order . They grab the fod and seat in near by short wall to consum it. Mulder is having trouble with is hot dog and the ketchup and the bear and is only good hand. Sculy helps, by holding the bear and gives him litles zips (very nurse). M:Sculy, i can't pretend thar nothing hapened. S: What?..oh!.. M: We're friend for so long, .. i mean... this shoud be easy for me... for us... i'm afraid to disapoint you... to... for to stop being my friend ... if something diferent hapen between us...? S: Mulder, i will always be your friend. And as if for what it hapened, i dont think we have the control hover it... and i'm glad we don't - She smiles. Mulder smiles back to is ...friend. Opens his hand and dropes the hot dog, just so that he can put it on her face and look her in the eyes. Her eyes from that strong blue ware wide open, atonish and pleased. Their mouths join again. The kiss was sweet, ful of the respect and admiration they had for eatch other, but it soon became demanding. All the world fade awey and all rathional touth, they became a man and a womam with neads, fisicals and emotionals.
